HMI Employee Recognition and Award Ceremony 2019

We are so excited to recognize and award our employees at our 2019 Christmas celebration. We are proud of each of our team members, as they have shown incredible dedication to delivering excellent patient care.  Dr. Stenoien presented each winner with an award and acknowledged their excellent work.

Today we celebrate the following employees for being outstanding members of the HMI team.

Winners

1st Award: Creativity Award

This award goes to an HMI employee who embraces the opportunity to problem-solve whatever issues come their way and uses creativity when implementing solutions to better serve our patients.

Winner: Mayra Bolden, Technologist

2nd Award: Technology Award

This award goes to an HMI employee who utilizes technology in an attempt to better the patient outcomes and better the workplace environment.

Winner: Nikola Flajc, IT Team Member

3rd Award: Service Award

This award goes to an HMI employee who truly exemplifies a servant’s heart and goes above the call of duty to help others whether it is their fellow coworkers or patients. This individual believes in a team mindset and regularly assists others even when it is outside of their job description.

Winner: Celest Forsyth, Medical Assistant

4th Award: Compassion Award

This award goes to an HMI employee who embodies compassion in their daily dealings with others, especially patients. This individual makes it a point to deliver the highest standard of care while treating the patient with kindness and respect.

5th Award: Integrity Award

We have a tie!! Congratulations to Misty Ahrlett and Kimberly Bridwell.

This award goes to an HMI employee that upholds high standards of behavior towards patients, coworkers, and management. This individual has a record of making sound, ethical choices, exhibiting honesty, and demonstrating a commitment to creating a safe environment for patients and coworkers alike.
